Rosalia Chay Chuc was discovered when celebrity Iron chef Roberto Solis chef was once again exploring Mexico in search of new flavors. That is when he stumbled upon Rosalia and her traditional food. Blown away by the flavors, it quickly turned into Rosalia on Netflix.
